Multicultural Family Support  Programs

Funded by NSW Department of Family and Community Services these programs provide appropriately targeted support services to vulnerable CALD children, youth and families as well as building the capacity of communities to acquire skills to respond to change.

Our Families Team Provides:

► Information, advice and referral

► Assessment, case planning and case management

► Home visits

► Life Skills

► Parenting skills group

► Parent support groups

The Program supports families through:

► Case Management

► Home visits

► Group activities such as arranging and organising parenting groups, supporting playgroups etc

► Promotion of good parenting practices

► Assisting CALD parents identify their needs, set achievable goals and work towards their fulfilment

► Referring families to other service providers when needed
